Customer service is key. After reading reviews now I understand why I got no reply ( Bad customer service )
I personally wouldn’t use this shop too sell designer stuff as they ask for pictures but don’t reply. Don’t have an opinion on buying as I prefer to buy from official shops

I have been.a Hush customer for 3 years…
I have been.a Hush customer for 3 years and I buy regularly from them.
I recently received a faulty pair of trainers and contacted customer service about it.
Their response was slow and taking zero accountability for resolving the issue. They put all the responsibility on the customer to ship the item back and then chase regularly for updates. How can it take you more than 15 days, having received my trainers in your warehouse, to write to me to confirm you will replace the faulty trainers that you sold me? By the way I’m still waiting!!!
A brand like Hush is competing with others that not only have great clothes but also have good customer service.
When is Hush going to wake up to the fact that they keep losing customers due to their terrible customer service???
I will not buy from Hush again.

Love the clothes
Love the clothes, however, customer service is appalling. Three of my items were returned to them by Royal Mail as the address was incomplete. Clearly a fault in their system as I notice another reviewer says the same thing happened to them. I was told that nothing could be done until they receive the items in the warehouse. The customer service assistant was very abrupt and unhelpful . In addition I have to keep chasing them for refunds.. I am still waiting for a refund on an item sent 3weeks ago. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Hush again.

Lovely clothes, shame about the customer service….
I ordered a dress & a skirt after seeing the pop up shop & receiving a card with 10% off, the dress was great, the skirt too big so sent back requesting an exchange for a smaller size, received a refund instead so then had to reorder the skirt at full price, this has been returned to sender as address was incomplete which I hadn’t noticed on ordering, I contacted Hush through the online form, no response so phoned customer services who were less than helpful and stated you will get a refund when it’s processed and you just have to reorder, although the clothes are lovely, they are a tad expensive so you would hope for better customer service

Great clothes poor customer service
While the clothes are great, it seems the customer service needs some improvement. I am yet to receive 2 items I returned for exchange nearly a month later. I have called once and emailed 3 times and still not had a response.

I order a lot from Hush and have recommended the company to many friends.
I was generally surprised with the amount of negative reviews on Trustpilot.
They have always been super quick with deliveries, a few items that I had returned have always been processed quickly and never had a need to contact them.
Yes they can be a bit pricey, but isn’t everything nowadays, but the quality, in my opinion, is reflected in the price, but you can always grab a bargain in their sales.
Yes, I would recommend this company.

I wish I’d listened to the negative…
I wish I’d listened to the negative reviews on this site and not ordered from them. I ordered 2 dresses. They were ok quality etc but too big, both were returned. I’ve received an email today saying they were only refunding for 1 of the dresses. I spoke to someone in the phone who said it was down as only one item returned. she said she’d contact me asap after speaking with a warehouse. I’ve not had any further communication. I have since emailed and am awaiting a response. Luckily I have my proof of postage with weight listed on it- so they cannot dispute that I returns both items. Please keep your proof of postage if retuning to them.

Better late than never
Incorrect colour sent initially. Contact with customer services has been hit and miss. My review highlighting the experience has been disallowed, hence my review on Trustpilot.
*Update: correct item received today.
*In reply to the comment by Hush, yes I did mention that the service was poor because I was given incorrect information.. twice.. and had to keep calling and emailing for updates.

Please consider carefully before ordering online if you may want to return an item !!!
The process of obtaining a refund is nothing short of disgraceful I’m still waiting for £99 having returned a dress on the 21st May !!! E mails promising refund do not materialise!!
Second time this has happened to me where I have had to question where my refund is !!
Customer service v low on their priorities and I guess a deliberate tactic to hold onto your money .
Would seriously question the professional ethics of this company.

Appalling customer service
Dreadful customer service. I requested an exchange, returned the item along with one other return. They confirmed the item I returned but no acknowledgment of the exchange and currently no exchange or refund (despite paying for and returning item). They do not respond to online chat, emails and after speaking to somebody, their attitude was poor and couldn’t care less. Still no exchange or refund. I will not buy from them again.

Don’t they publish less than glowing reviews? You decide…
Having submitted a less than glowing review, Hush told me it fell below their editorial guidelines. Funny? This is my review for their Linsey joggers in pink - “Although it’s bright neon pink I liked the colour. Looks great with a tan. HOWEVER when washed according to the instructions everything else in the wash turned neon pink. I contacted hush customer services to return the sweatshirt for a refund. They were particularly unhelpful and refused my request saying I should only have washed it with similar colours. I didn’t actually have many neon pink items…although I do now, after that wash. Very disappointed by the garment but more so by the poor customer service”

I’m waiting for a refund on my order, value over £200. It’s 11 days since I sent it and I know it’s arrived. Customer service refuse to look into it and no reply by email. Order no: UK01346832
No refund for returned items!
Placed an order back in December and returned 3 items to the value of £250. I received a refund for £65! Hush are refusing to acknowledge my return, saying only one item was logged this is a staff error yet I am being left out of pocket as they have no way of tracing it now! The customer service has been appalling in handling this. I will never shop at Hush again and advise others to stay away!!
I loved Hush designs but quality is awful.
I love Hush. They have been my go-to brand… until now. After clothes fading and not washing well, seems coming adrift and general poor product quality I have decided enough is enough. Such a shame,
